What you are buying
Every Maker Hollow Studio product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you get a link to download your files right away. Each product page lists the file formats and what you need to open or use them.
Where you buy
Our products are sold through Gumroad, and some designs and tools through Cults3D and Apify. Those platforms handle payment, delivery and receipts under their own terms.
All sales are final
No refunds allowed. All sales are final because this is a digital download. If a file won’t open, email pounderswork@mail.grokbot.com and we’ll send a working copy.
License
Each product page lists what you may do with its files. Unless the page says otherwise, please don’t resell, share or give away the digital files themselves.
Not professional advice
Our trackers, planners and compliance kits are general information and organizing tools. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check with a qualified professional for your situation.
